How to Stay Compliant
Each month, employees need to complete one of the following activities by the 25th to remain enrolled:
- Use plan benefits (such as visiting a primary care physician or filling a prescription)
- Watch a short health-related video
- Read a wellness-focused article
- Complete a quick health questionnaire
What Happens If You Miss an Activity?
If you miss a monthly activity, you’ll have 60 days to complete two activities to stay compliant. If activities are not completed within this window, plan enrollment may be paused until the next enrollment period.
