Implementation Specialist

Implementation Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processes in the PrismHR system. Work directly with and provide support to Implementation Specialist and assist where needed through the setup of onboarding the Client and transition of Client to Payroll.

Responsibilities:

· Review and analyze setup paperwork from Client Experience and/or clients to verify all necessary information and forms have been obtained for build out.

· Supporting New Client Implementation and auditing work as needed.

· Accurately load new client information and employee information.

· Provide professional and courteous service to customers both internal and external.

· Create Spreadsheets for imports for employee information, direct deposit, YTD information to be imported.

· Review submitted timesheets within the PRISMHR system for accuracy and ensure all relevant documentation is complete.

· Perform audits on all imported information as Implementation Specialist uploads.

· Work with other departments when needed to create Worksite Locations, new Positions, and audit if needed any set up by the Implementation Team.

· Monitor Support Ticket inbox and assist when needed with tasks.

· Assist Implementation with data entry, research, troubleshooting, etc.

· Set up and review requests for approvals needed by client for Terminations, Rate Changes, Status Changes, etc.

· Facilitate client transitions from the Implementation Team to Payroll Team.

· Complete other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelors in Business Administration or similar degree (preferred)

· 3+ years of business-to-business customer service experience

· 2+ years of payroll or related industry experience

· 2+ years of PrismHR payroll processing experience (preferred)

Skills and Abilities:

· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

· Strong public presence and professional image

· Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.

· Effective planning and priority setting.

· Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and organization skills.
